These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sarvdharam Blood, a platform operated by Sarv Dharam Sewa Foundation ("SDSF", "we", "us", "our"). By registering as a donor, posting a blood request, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 10; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. What the platform is — and isn't

Sarvdharam Blood is a free facilitation service that helps voluntary blood donors and people seeking blood find each other. Importantly:

• We are not a hospital, blood bank, medical provider, or courier of blood products.
• We do not perform medical screening, blood testing, or transfusions. All medical decisions must be made by, and coordinated with, a qualified hospital or blood bank.
• We do not guarantee that a donor will be available, will respond, or will be a confirmed match for your exact need — see our Disclaimer for more on this.

4. Your obligations

When you use the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information — including your blood group, contact number, and eligibility answers.
• Use contact details you receive through a match only for coordinating that specific donation or request, and not for any unrelated purpose.
• Treat other donors and seekers with respect and courtesy.
• Promptly update or remove your listing once a request is fulfilled or no longer needed.
• Be at least the minimum legal age for blood donation in your jurisdiction if registering as a donor.

5. Verification & moderation

Our volunteers may review, verify (including by phone), approve, edit, or remove donor profiles and blood requests at their discretion, in order to keep the platform trustworthy and free of fraudulent or duplicate listings. Verification helps reduce risk but is not a guarantee of a donor's or seeker's identity, medical fitness, or intentions.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the platform to:

• Demand, offer, or facilitate payment for blood or for arranging a donor.
• Post false, misleading, or duplicate donor profiles or blood requests.
• Harass, threaten, or misuse the contact details of another user.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Impersonate SDSF, our volunteers, or another person.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDSF and its volunteers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from: donor unavailability or non-response; the accuracy of information provided by donors or seekers; the conduct of any user; or reliance on the platform in place of professional medical advice or emergency services. The platform is provided "as is," on a best-effort, volunteer-run basis.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SDSF and its volunteers harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
